Great service, comfortable seating area, complementary coffee,tea, popcorn. Our service on my car was tire rotation and an oil change. We were there about an hour and 15 minutes.
Tom was amazing!! He was so laid back and his energy was awesome. You could tell he loves his job. He got us into a brand new 2027 honda hrv and kept our payments in the range we could afford. Hes incredible!! Tom is the reason why we will be back.
Good experience, Kevin answered all my questions, He doesn't sell you work that is not necessary at the time. He gives you a heads up on work that will need to be done in the near future.

Please avoid as this place is a scam! When I arrived they randomly asked me if I had to use any math skills for my job. I said no not really. Thought that was a very weird first question to ask me. Sales process went well. Was unaware of their $1995 package on my CR-V on top of the $895 “no worries” product. The &2995 add-on was not mentioned on their website which is in violation of FTc regulations. Finance office portion of the transaction was quite unpleasant. I would look elsewhere for purchasing your Honda. My first oil change went very smoothly.

They were good at keeping me informed of progress, but they suggested a service I didn't need once I questioned them. The reason for the suggestion was because they were following the service requirements, so that is a good thing. They did not pressure me and are very friendly. Yes, I will continue to go there!
